Carbon fiber bike frame.

Newbie here,
I a am building a recumbant bike. Have decided to try carbon fiber fabric and epoxy/resin as a frame material, however i know virtually nothing about the material. Suggestions on type of fabric, epoxy, and how many wraps to provide suifficient stregnth. The frame is approx. 4ft. long and 2.5 to 3 inches in diameter single tube. I plan to wrap the carbon around an extruded polystyrene mould.
