capacitance and inductance of twisted sheilded pairs and quads

I some pointers on how to predict capacitance and inductance for:

a) twisted pair in a sheilded cable.
b) twisted quad in a sheilded cable. Assume wires/conductor diagonally across as the return path.

I can calculate the capacitance and inductance for the twisted pair but need help when there is a sheild encompassing the wires. These wires are used in a system 60Hz to 1MHz

Simple. Call the wire manufacturer. Different manufacturers will have different values for what is otherwise the same cable.
