How can I calculate the frequence of the Cantilvered beam with a mass at the end? What parameters would I need to ask the client?

I am looking at a pipe with flow and I have a beam with a coupon at the end and I would need to know the frequency of the beam with coupon.

Sorry I drew a bad pic., but I hope that it will help.

Is the beam of uniform cross section? are you worried about fluid coupling? can you assume the cantilever is encastre at the pipe wall? Can you assume the coupon is a point mass so that it has no rotational inertia? Is the mass of the coupon much greater than that of the beam?

Cheers
