Can't create new drawing

I tried to create a new drawing from an existing part. So when I clicked Start -> mechanical design -> drafting it opens a new part instead of the drawing creation tool window. What seems to be the problem?

The menu in the attached image shows you are creating a New Part. Maybe you clicked the wrong option? Try again, CAREFULLY
