Canadian Welding Code Question

I am working with CAN/CSA-S16-01 Limit States Design of Steel Structures. This code references CSA Standard W59, W55.3 and W47.1 for welding. I do not have these codes, but their descriptions online reference AWS D1.3, for materials less than 1/8” and AWS D1.6 for stainless steel.

Does CSA W59 reference AWS D1.1?

Any thoughts would be helpful.
