Can you turn off the mouse over hint's that show? 1

Howdy Folks,
Curious, if anyone know's how I can turn off these mouse over hints that are distracting in SolidWorks 2006?

RMB click on an unused space in the toolbar area and select Customize, then deselect Show Tooltips.
