Can you edit the format of the REV TABLE

Is there any way to open and edit the revision table itself as a template before it is inserted in a drawing?

tap,

Insert the revision table into a drawing, make the changes that you want then right click and "save as template" will be listed. You can then save the current revision table and use it where ever you want.
