Can we show shape memory effect under thermal loads in ABAQUS 2020 by in built features or do we need to write an additional sub routine for that?Thanks in advance.

Superelasticity material model can be used only with stress-displacement elements, not with coupled temperature-displacement ones. User specifies stress levela at which the transformation takes place at the reference temperature. It is assumed that these stress levels change linearly with temperature.

I want to show shape memory effect of NiTi SMA thin film when actuated by temperature variation. Is there any in-built ABAQUS function for that or do we need to write subroutine? I am working in ABAQUS 2020. Thanks in advance
