can i work with a laptop?

i need to buy a new laptop for working with SW. I need to designe big and detailed mechanical plants.
now i work with a pc deesktop, this configuraion for laptop is enough?

LENOVO P70

-Intel Xeon E3-1505M v5 MB
- NVIDIA Quadro M3000M 4GB
- 1TB SSD PCIe
- RAM 16GB(8+8) DDR4 2133 SoDIMM
