can i record a Pro/Fly-through flight path to a .mpeg file?

Does anyone know how to record a Pro/Fly-Through flight path to a .mpeg or .avi file for use in a presentation. Seems like it used to be really easy to do but i cant seem to find a way to do it now.

If you are using MDO option, set up different views (Reorient / Save View), corresponding to your flight path. Next you need to define views at desired times. Pro/E will create Smooth/Linear path between the defined views.
