Can I convert Solid Edge assys and parts to I-Deas ?

I-DEAS 10m1 has a Solid Edge Part option under Unigraphics Open in the File menu.
You won't, however, be able to bring in the history and constraints of the part.
To bring in an assembly, do you have a STEP export from Solid Edge? I-DEAS can read in STEP assemblies.
