can flexible ducts be connected to supply air fan

hi, I have a 100 l/s supply air fan....can the flexible ducts be directly connected to the supply air fans? if yes wouldn't the pressure drop be high?

Expect the pressure drop to be double that of a rigid duct.

Pressure drop will also increase with time and use.
