Can Datakit CrossManager or TransMagic to Remove CATIA V5 Revision formatting?

Does anybody know if there is a way for Datakit CrossManager to remove CATIA V5 Revision formatting? Say to convert from R31 to R28, or from R31 to R-anything? I know Transmagic can do this, but I can't figure out how to get CrossManager to do the same thing?
