Adsorbent media such as Fuller’s Earth or Activated alumina is used to remove acids and other polar compounds from synthetic and mineral based oils. Disposal is costly and labor intensive.
We are looking for information on processes to regenerate spent media for reuse. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
