I know abaqus can model the linear material behavior for piezoelectric element? Can somebody know they can model the non-linear material behavior? Thanks in advance.

Hi,
I think currently abaqus or any other FE code does not have the capability to model non-linear piezoelectric behavior. You could write your own code to model that but that would be significantly involved.

Thanks. I think so., need to write the subroutine.

Though I am not sure if this is what you're looking for, maybe you'll find useful to use the optional parameter "DEPENDENCIES" along with your "PIEZOELECTRIC" keyword when defining material properties.

Thus the piezoelectric properties will be varying during the analysis with the field variable(s) mentioned by "DEPENDENCIES" parameter.
