can’t find most the pan, rotate, etc

tools that normally sit along side "zoom to fit", "display style" etc. All those little blue tools at the top of the drawing/feature workspace.

This is newly installed 2010 student on 3+year old laptop.

Right-Click at the middle-top of the graphic area and select the desired tools you want to see at the toolbar.
