CALIBRATING MIG WELDING SETS

Could anyone tell me who I could by mig welding calibration and verification equipment from, preferably a UK company ease of delivery.

Other than that, what components would I need to make my own.
I have seen the units, and all they look like they have are large wire wound resistors inside them.

HELP........

Contact your local welding machine repair shop/supplier,they should have or be able to get a "load bank".
