How to calculate net throughput of EFRT and VFRT-Cone tanks. These are storage tanks.

Throughput is used as a variable to calculate emissions in our calculation.

Appreciate your help.

Throughput is a function of your terminal definition and has little to do with the tank size or type. Emissions is in part determined by throughput because when the liquid level is lowered, the liquid that is left on the tank shell evaporates and these vapors eventually find their way out of the tank into the atmosphere. You need to know the average liquid level and the number of times the tank is cycled (filled and emptied) for a year.
