Calculation GPM from known PSI, Pipe size, material, water tempt..etc

I've been hunting all over the net for a calculator that will give me the max GPM, given a few variables such as pipe size, pipe type (friction), static & moving PSI, length of pipe, and preferrably a way to select 'water', and set the temp to 80 deg F.

I've seen a lot of calculators that go the other direction (given a GPM and other info, they can turn out a missing variable)

Does anyone know of software or a calculator which does the above? I'd be so thankful!

You don't mention approximately what size piping or approximate flow you are talking about, but in any case the many hydraulic etc. tables at
