Hello, I am trying to model a tube-shell heat exchanger with phase transition (water-steam evaporation/condensation). When the properties reach the saturation line I enter the wet steam area, hence I need to use different correlations for the convective heat transfer coefficient. I decided to use Kattan-Thome-favrat model, therefore I need to calculate turbulent-turbulent Martinelli parameter Xtt. I know all the geometry, mass flow at the inlet and the following fluid properties: temperature, pressure, enthalpy, entropy, density, viscosity and steam quality. I have a bit of a problem to calculate gas/liquid density ratio and liquid/gas viscosity ratio that appeaar in the Martinelli parameter. Any tips how to do that?
