Calculating, importing and exporting part-related information

I've recently begun to use NX3 and I have several questions.

1. Is there a feature in NX3 that lets you automatically calculate the volume of a complicated part like a helical gear?

2. Is there a feature in NX3 that lets you automatically calculate the volume of material removed from a manufactured part?

3. Is there a way to export this type of information (e.g., part volume, part material, material removed) from NX3 to an Excel spreadsheet in an automated way?

4. How can one import part-related information like dimension parameter values from Excel spreadsheets or Matlab to NX3 to automatically change the geometry of the part design?
