Calculate Noise level and wearing of PCV

I want to calculate noise level and wearing of PCV with a nominal pipe dia of 2 in, valve size is 1 in and valve body is 0.375 in.
The process conditions are:
Pressure: 50Psig
Drop through valve: 15 psi
Flow: 310 lb/hr
Mol. Wt.: 57
Temp: 250 F

Please provide me the details to check this valve performance.
