Caisson Shaft Sinking Cost Estimating

I am currently looking at estimating the cost of sinking an 11.5m shaft in silty sand near Manchester UK. The lower 3m will be in stiff clay.

The water table is approximately 3.5m BGL.

I have been using CESMM3 for estimating the project but unfortunately it doesn’t cover caissons or shaft sinking.
Can anybody please give me a rate for these works?
