C-FAS 1

Does anyone know what a C-FAS certfication is for chemicals used in the oilfield in the Mid East? These 2 chemicals require C-FAS, these chemicals are Scale and Corr Inhibitors and are water soluble for use and applied from an offshore platform. Do you know where in the UK, I can get a test done for this or any info handy? thanks
