C&C L^2/3 for connections 1

For end connections of repetitive simple span members subject to C&C wind load, would you use half the length squared divided by three, or the full length squared divided by 3 to determine wind pressure?

[(L/2)^2]/3
or
(L^2)/3

Nevermind, I asked the same thing last year and 2 people responded to use the entire length.
