Bystronic cnc card locking up

Anyone out there with a Bystronic Byspeed that "freezes"
or locks up the cnc card during cutting, mainly happens when cutting high speed thinner materails in rapid mode.
mmc error message "time out, no answer". Resetting cnc card
and trying to restart mid program causes more lock ups.
This is a near new cnc card on a machine with only 4000 hrs cutting on it.
Also had intermittent or missed cutting on rapid mode occasionally.
CNC tech guys don't seen too interested in trying to fix it
as I can't make play up when they here.

Any suggestions would be appriceated.

I work in the applications department but I will make sure the Vice President of Service gets this post-it so corrective action can be taken.

At the same time, don't know how familiar you are with the control, but can you please make a ram dump to investigate the problem. Usually this information is sent directly to Bystronic Laser AG in Switzerland for them to analyze it and find a fix for the issue.
