Hi

I have a bystar 4 kW and I am having trouble with 10mm mild steel plate some of the holes will not cut the whole way around just wondering if anyone can help.

I would post the parameters you are using, gas pressures/type, feedrates etc and supply pics if possible, there are some really good expertise here in that area and that info will help them to help you.

when was the last time you had the optics serviced? can you post a picture of the areas you're having trouble with?

I will take some pictures tomorrow it just seems very inconsistent Maybe it is the optics due for a service next week
