Hi all..
I am facing problem of Overcurrent in tubes in Bystar 3015.
Actually the problem starts only after the change of new helium gas bottle. Then we started flooding with nitrogen for about 5 times. And once we switched on the high voltage the alarm shows "Overcurrent in tube 1" , but if we reset the alarm and again switched on the high voltage alarm shows in different tubes such as 2,3,4 and so on.
We do the following steps
1. Checked for any leakages - no leakages found
2. Changed power supply, communication and excitation module board. But no improvement.
3. Checked conductivity of cables it looks good. Also we changed fibre optic cable
4. Cleaned excitation module and installed no improvement
5. Then we changed rectifier. No improvement in this too.
6. Finally, we changed lasify card. But no improvement.
For all these above steps we got the same error.
Can anyone please suggest better solution for this??
