Butane storage tank fire suppression

Does anyone have experience with providing fire water deluge system over 60,000 gal butane storage tanks. Also anyone with experience using Passive Fire Protection coatings on butane storage tanks that are also covered by a 250 GPM fire monitor; in lieu of a water deluge system?
Any ideas will be appreciated.
