I am looking to perform disk burst analysis. A thin disk used to releive pressure at temperature. The aim is to clarify what thickness the material has to be and what pressure has to be applied to burst the disk, at pressures in the rage of 1000-1500 psi and temperatures 0-200 degrees C can this be done in Pro mechanica, and can anybody give pointers to how I can go about this.

Thanks,

I will purchase the 2001 version and have a look. The main thing was I din not want to purchase the package, if this type of analysiscould not be performed.
