Burner shutdown control 1

I need to control the manual shut-off system of Naphta-fired heater.
We got atomizing steam in one line, the other line is naphtha.

To shut down, naphta is closed first, (ball-valve), then steam.

To open, first steam, then naphta.

Are there some manufactures of these type of combination valves? (please a link). Personaly I am thinking of a four bar linkage system to use on ball valves (any sugestions ?)

I have dreamed up a few linkages for manual combustion sequential interlocks, but have never found a proprietary quarter turn one. Slotted linkages can be arranged to work, but sometimes it is difficult to arrange especially if you want to be able to ease the fuel valve open.
Your requirement is that the fuel valve can be operated only when the steam valve is open. If the valves are adjacent, this could be accomplished with a cam profile disk on the steam valve spindle and a rectangular key on the gas valve spindle. There would be an indent in the disc so the gas key can turn only in the indent.
There are lots of ways.
If you prefer the linkage system, I think I have a drawing around here somewhere for a linkage interlock used to ensure a cyanide valve could only be opened if a caustic valve was opened first ( cyanide+no caustic = bad karma)

My dad introduced me to mechanical interlocks when I was a kid. I had a nasty habit of starting our lathe with the key in the chuck. Dad changed the starter switch so it could only be operated with the chuck key. End of problem.
