Built Up Light Gage Section Warping Constant

I am calculating the section properties of a built-up light gage steel section for flexural design (as shown in the attached pdf file). I am having trouble figuring out the best way to calculate the warping constant (Cw). Does anybody have a good "go-by" reference that I can use. Thanks
