Besides isolation pads, are there other ways to reduce vibrations in new buildings adajent to railway lines?
As contractors we have a report suggesting the vibrations levels recorded, (.41 mm/s) is excess and requires special foundation and structural design using isolation pads. Sounds expensive and highly detailed.
