Building Enclosure Classification

I am struggling to understand the provisions of ASCE 7-10 regarding the building enclosure classification. I think this provision of the code is poorly written. I have a rectangular building with both long walls completely open and both short walls solid masonry with no openings in the masonry walls. The roof has no openings. How do you classify this enclosure. The long open walls are 185 feet long by 20 feet high and the short masonry walls are 85 long by 20 feet high.

Ditto what Ron said. I didn't see any discussion of what specifically was "poorly written", but this structure described above would seem to be the quintessence of an "open building". More discussion of the specific code language would be helpful.
