Is there any effective change in buckling when I use 30 deg 18D bend (bend radius R=3024mm) in place of 45 deg 5D bends (bend radius R=840mm) where D=OD of the pipeline. Culverts are used. There is a buckling effect of the pipeline where it enters the culvert.
The same effect is also visible when the pipe comes out of the culvert. Kindly explain
how to restrain this buckling effect.
