Dear StaadPro experts,
I'd like to perform a Buckling Analysis(Stardyne Engine)in STAAD.Pro 2005 to find Ncr (Euler's formula).
I appreciate if one of you STAAD.Pro expert help me on that.
Attached please find my input file.
My question is how load(s) must be applied on the structure
particularly inclined pillars 1001 and 1002.
Thanks in advance.

Joint or member loadings are all OK. For the inclined members, distributed loads can be in local or global directions. For better accuracy, the vertical and inclined members should be subdivided into 3 or more members each.

Staad.Pro 2007 has 2 new buckling methods. The method that comes with the advanced analysis is similar to the method in Stardyne.
