Brown oil bleed from PVC sheet

Dear All,

I have received a soft PVC sample, which bleeds brown oil after exposure to sunlight for a day to few days. Does Anybody encounter the same problem? Would anyone can tell me why it happens? Is the brown oil the plasticizer like DOP?

chances are, it is the plasticizer that has not been homogenized thoroughly enough.
