I would like to know if is possible to repair a Impellers made from bronze, if can weld and about the rebalance, how should be done it ?
Thank you

What type of bronze? Extent of weld repair?

Why are you repairing these?
Unless there were gross defects in the originals the repaired ones will have poorer performance (corrosion and fatigue).
Maybe you need to look at the service and the original design.

The temp NiAl bronze weld repairs will be just fine. We have performed weld repairs on NiAl bronze impellers because of similar erosion damage at our Power Station and they have lasted for years.
