Hi bridge experts,

Where the numbers in Table A13.2-1 (AASHTO LRFD of any version from 1998 to 2010) came from? There are some commentary for the load distribution lengths, however there is no comment for forces, eg Ft, Fv, Fl.
Are there any relations between test levels in NCHRP Report 350 and these values?

Any clue is appreciated.
