Bridge Fatigue Analysis

I am inspecting bridges for a state that has a 1990 batch program for bridge fatique life calculations. No documentation exists for the program.

I'd like a crash course in the correct methodology &/or program w/ documentation.

I'm unaware of any program; however I have a procedure that was developed 20 years ago to determine the remaining service life of stringers with welded cover plates. It requires somewhat accurate truck traffic data.
