break corner vs edge fillet

What is the difference between break corner and edge fillet? Why or when to use one over the other?
 
Break corner is a bit more intelligent for sheet metal, for example, you can easily select a couple faces of your sheet metal part and the break corner tool is smart enough to know, not to fillet any edges that are along the thickness of the part.
