Hi,

How much current can a breadboard handle? If it says 4A does that mean the entire board or per row/column?

Thanks,
Vic

I have had a quick look thru the lit I have on my bread boards. (i am looking at the push the wire in the hole type prototyping thing not the solder on vero or strip board).
The lit isn't all that clear but I wouldn't want to push the whole project past 4 or 5 amps especially if you use the long strips at the top as power rails
The solder strip stuff would take 4A thru each track.
Hope it helps
Don
