How I can know the torque resistance between two pieces joined by solder , whit some like Ag %45 or %55 .

I need to join a hub 30 mm ext diameter by 30 mm lenght with a 12 mm thick ring, 45 mm exter diameter.
The force is applied over the 45 mm diam.
