Any clue how can I measure a deformation in a bottle that is desinflating from inside?

The bottle is closed and consumes internal air. I`m trying, with no success, to calculate the bottle resistance and changes.

desinflating from inside ?

Isn't it quivalent to applying a uniform pressure equal to the internal air pressure,

you ust know the value of this pressure. If the pressure varies with time do time dynamic analysis using vaying load equivalent.

I agree wight Israr, The best way to do it is to apply the pressure to the outside wall of the bottle from zero to 1 atmosphere is the bottle is expose to the outside. This can be done with a dynamic time analysis as Israr mentioned.
