Boron Treated low-alloy steels

Can anyone provide the typical titanium wt% additive, or ratio to boron, in boron treated (carbon/low-alloy) steels? Ex. 51B60,94B30,15B35. Titanium is typically utilized to tie up nitrogen and allow boron to be effective in increasing a given steel's hardenability.

The following note is from Table 4 of ASTM F 2282 Standard Specification for Quality Assurance Requirements for Carbon and Alloy Steel Wire, Rods, and Bars for Mechanical Fasteners:

NOTE—Carbon steels which have added boron use a B designation between the first and last two digits of the grade designation. A boron steel has a minimum boron content of 0.0008 % and a maximum of 0.003 % together with a minimum titanium content of 0.01 %.

A range of 0.02-0.05% Ti allows for effective binding of high levels of N (say > 0.007% by mass) that are characteristic of steels produced in electric arc furnaces/
