Bored Piles in UAE

Hi! All;

Is there any guy to let me know why arabian peninsular conturies use bored pile instead of the steel pipe pile or the precast prestressed spun piles?

Is there any corrosion issues on this common practice
or any other deliverable issues for the pc piles?

Any responses would be helpful.
