Books on Combustion Analysis

Can anyone recommend a good book/reference that relates to combustion analysis?

Specifically, I'm looking to be able to figure out how to best utilize an A&D Technologies CAS system for tuning performance engines. Would like to know what data to collect, what it means, and how to analyize the data to come up with the next design iteration. Thanks.
