I think the name of the book is "Don't Do It".
To be serious though, I'm not aware of any such book. I doubt it exists yet. I'm a big fan of technology, software and the like, but the idea of using AI for this profession really scares me, especially in the early stages. I'm honestly impressed by the ability of AI to do some things like writing, but for something highly technical, where only experts will be able to discern if the output is reasonable (and in our case safe), I think this is very risky. It's hard enough to verify results from most structural software let alone some type of AI system which I can only guess will be making even broader assumptions, etc.
Sorry to go on a slight tangent here. What I can imagine is a type of system where you input geometric constraints for a building based on the arch. plans, and then have a ton of settings/defaults defining design codes, preferred materials, general framing layouts, etc. From there, the software could perhaps automatically design the structure. I'm not sure if this would be classified more as advanced software or AI. Perhaps there's no real distinction. And to be fair, I suppose there's already software that is somewhat close to doing this.
