Dear friends,

I want to model an RC shear wall using ANSYS. Solid65 and Link8 elements are employed to model concrete and steel bars, respectively. For bond slip between concrete and reinforcement, I want to use combin39, but I don't know how to create this element between Solid65 and Link8 elements that are matched in nodes (in fact creating a zero length combin39 element).

Would you please give me your valuable ideas?

Thanks,
