I’m working on a flange gasket that is comprised of two layers of green Klinger seal (C4401) with a .016" thick 316 stainless sheet metal core. We’re going to bond the material together than punch to shape on a CNC punching machine. My question is what should I bond the gasket material to the stainless with, any thoughts? Temps between -40 to 300F, with turbine oil flowing through at about 100PSI. Thanks!
